This whole week, in fact, has been great. The NYC book launch party brought friends from all walks of life, including two kids I met on a research trip last year who journeyed into the city just for this! I’m looking forward to uploading pictures etc.
Now, though, I’m off to throw a wedding shower for my best friend. She has been so wonderfully supportive throughout the whole book-launch process, and I can’t wait to shower her with a very cool game I’ve devised.

I commented on The Page Flipper, The Story Siren and GreenBeanTeenQueen. I accidentally commented on the poll’s comments page. I found it a bit weird that no one else had commented there, but I did so anyway. xD

And Cassandra, I liked what you said about hermione in the comments! (Everybody, you can click on the “view comments” part of the poll.) I love the side of Hermione I’m seeing in peoples’ comments–or maybe I mean how people think of her as the nicest character. It’s not that she’s sweet, but that she operates from principle. Although maybe I should save those thoughts for the wrap-up…Anyway, thanks for commenting!
